Number Three is a picture-perfect Cornish cottage that has recently undergone a no-expense spared
refurbishment to a very high 5-Star standard.
Sleeping four in two comfortable bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with zip and link twin or
kingsized double bed) there are also two superb wet-rooms (one en-suite), a luxury kitchen diner,
a cosy lounge with woodburner, and a superb suntrap courtyard garden.
Solid oak floors with underfloor heating add a touch of luxury to Winter bookings.
Bedroom one is a comfortable double with a superb new en-suite shower room. The second bedroom can be configured with twin single beds or a king-sized zip & link double. Both bedrooms have generous wardrobes.
There are two new wet-rooms, one en-suite to the master bedroom, the other serving as a family bathroom.
Both are fitted with high quality fittings, oversized walk in showers and beautiful stone tiles and floors.
Luxury cotton towels are provided.
The kitchen diner is newly fitted with modern built-in double fan-assisted oven, microwave, ceramic hob,
dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Granite worktops and glass splash backs add to the
feeling of luxury. The dining table seats four and leads out to the sunny terraced garden.
With two comfortable sofas, flat-screen TV with freeview, iPod docking station, modern wood burning stove,
solid oak floors with underfloor heating and far reaching views across the rooftops to Falmouth,
the lounge is the ultimate chill-out room.
The cottage has an efficient new underfloor heating system with hot water on demand.
A wireless broadband connection is available free of charge.
To the rear there is a beautiful terraced courtyard garden with several areas for outside entertaining or relaxing.
The garden is the perfect suntrap, and it is both secluded and private. Lushly planted, it is an absolute oasis -
perfect for lazy afternoon drinks and candlelit evening meals.
Free parking is available adjacent to the property. To the front of the property there is a pretty enclosed garden.
