Whether you are a casual walker or a keen rambler, there can be few more beautiful places to spend an afternoon or a day walking in the countryside than Cornwall.

Walk number one - 6 miles in 3 hours.
SWANPOOL - TREGENDA - ROSEMERRYN - MAENPORTH - SWANPOOL.
Farmland, woodland, an interesting church and an attractive stretch of the
coastal path.
Walk number two - 6 1/2 miles in 3 1/2 hours.
MYLOR BRIDGER - ENYS - FLUSHING - MYLOR BRIDGE.
A woodland and farmland walk with a delightful stretch along the Penryn
River.
Walk number three - 5 miles in 2 1/2 hours.
MYLOR BRIDGE - HALWYN - RESTRONGUET - GREATWOOD - MYLOR BRIDGE.
Superb creek and river views. A longish stretch along quiet roads but the view
makes it worthwhile.
Walk number four - 4 miles in 2 1/2 hours.
STITHIANS CHURCH - TRESKEWIS - TREATHEAGUE MILL - STITHIANS CHURCH.
A pleasant walk through farmland and by the lake at Stithians with extensive
views across the water.
Walk number five - 4 miles in 2 hours.
FLUSHING - MYLOR HARBOUR - FLUSHING.
Our favourite! Includes optional ferry trip from Falmouth, marvellous harbour views,
quaint Flushing village, an old church and some farmland. Ideal for kids and dogs.
Walk number six - 6 miles in 3 hours.
MAWNAN SMITH - MAENPORTH - ROSEMULLION HEAD - MAWNAN SMITH.
A lovely walk through pretty farmland and out along the coastal path with some
great views.
Walk number seven - 4 miles in 2 hours.
MAWNAN SMITH - PENPOL - DURGAN - MAWNAN SMITH.
A walk through farmland and along side the beautiful Helford River. There is a
steep hill which is not for the faint hearted!
Walk number eight - 4 1/2 miles in 2 1/2 hours.
FALMOUTH TOWN - SWANPOOL - PENDENNIS HEAD - FALMOUTH TOWN.
An interesting town walk with a stretch of coast path and some magnificent
coastal and harbour views.
Walk number nine - 3 1/2 miles in 2 hours.
TREVONE - GOODAGRANE - MABE CHURCH - TREVONE.
A walk off the beaten track through farmland and granite quarry country,
with several very awkward stiles.
